Can I bring a dog?
Dogs are not allowed in the castle, not even in a bag. Service and guide dogs are an exception.Can I bring my bicycle?
Cycling is not permitted on the castle grounds and bicycles may not be brought into the castle courtyard. There are several bicycle parking options available, for example on Kronborgvej and by the castle guard at the entrance to the castle area.Can I bring a stroller?

Yes, Kronborg Castle is a perfect day trip from Copenhagen. Take the train directly from Copenhagen to Helsingør and then it's only a short and beautiful walk along the harbor with a view of the castle all the way.Can i upgrade my ticket to an annual pass?
Yes, you can upgrade your ticket within 24 hours at the castle, provided you bought it at the castle’s ticket office at the entrance. Tickets purchased online or through other retailers cannot be upgraded to an annual pass. The ticket cannot be upgraded online.
