Experience the true magic of Christmas and get your shopping done while enjoying time with the whole family
Experience the Christmas spirit spreading at Kronborg Castle, as we invite you inside the castle for a combination of delicious food, unique Christmas shopping, and fun activities for the whole family.
Enjoy delicacies and treats from cozy food stalls, shop for unique Christmas gifts, experience live Christmas music, meet Santa Claus, and participate in creative workshops and much more. There's almost a guarantee of Christmas cheer when dancing around the Christmas tree in the beautifully decorated ballroom or eating warm apple dumplings or pancakes in the castle courtyard.

This year, the Christmas Market can be enjoyed on these three weekends:
- November 29 & 30
- December 6 & 7
- December 13 & 14
Tickets
We recommend purchasing tickets in advance via our website, but tickets can also be bought at Brohuset in front of the castle.
Please have a screenshot of your tickets on your phone, as the connection at Kronborg may be poor.
A ticket to the Christmas Market also includes access to the castle’s beautiful halls, which are open to the public.
Arrival Time Slots
To avoid queues and waiting, please select a preferred time slot when booking your ticket. Choose between two arrival windows. You may arrive at any time during your selected slot and stay as long as you like:
- 10:00 – 13:00
- 13:00 – 17:00
Prices
- Adults: DKK 95
- Children over 4 years: DKK 55
- Children under 4: Free
Early Bird tickets (before November 2):
- Adults: DKK 85
- Children over 4 years: DKK 45
Parking
As we expect many visitors, we recommend using public transport or allowing plenty of time to find parking.
Accessibility
The Christmas Market and related activities take place throughout the castle, including stairs. There is no elevator or lift available.
