You should know this
Meeting place: At the castle bridge in front of the large red gate leading to the castle courtyard.
Duration: The tour lasts about 1 hour + time spent in the café
Important: The tour starts exactly on time, after which the group will enter and the gate will be locked.
The tour is not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Wheelchair access
Kronborg has many stairs and no elevator, therefore it is not easy to get around as a wheelchair user.
Service and guide dog
We welcome the four-legged helpers to the castle.
Companion Card
Free admission is granted for one companion upon presentation of a Companion Card. The Companion Card must be shown at the ticket office upon arrival at the museum.
